These images may be used in WCC newsletters, on our website, on social media, and in other community outreach materials. Your decision will not affect your family's participation in the event or eligibility to receive toys.

Release for activities / Exención de responsabilidad Participation in the Toy Drive and any related activities is voluntary. I understand that I am responsible for supervising the children I bring to the event at all times. To the extent permitted by law, I release Wilmington Community Clinic, its employees, volunteers, and event partners from claims arising from participation in the event, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
