Annual Fall Event 2020 Fundraiser with "Spirits Expert", Melanie Bullock of MB Craft Cocktails.
Melanie first began mixing drinks as part of a much needed break from her life as a marketing executive. Wanting a creative outlet from the daily grind of entrepreneurship, she decided to pursue taking a bartending course to learn how to make cocktails as a hobby and as a way to entertain friends. However, this hobby developed into a passion, so much so that this executive decided to take a part-time job at a local wine retailer to learn more about the wine and spirits industry. This decision led Melanie to become a “Spirits Expert” and also led to a collaboration with Total Wine to create a special SoCal release of Maker’s Mark. During 2020, Melanie turned her passion for creating cocktails into a business and launched MB Craft Cocktails. She now teaches cocktail classes, creates craft cocktails for private events, and collaborates with restaurants on bar designs and cocktail recipes. Melanie has also created an online FB community with over 500 diverse people from across the county that share a love of creating cocktails.
You can find Melanie on FB and Instagram @MBCraftCocktails or you can join her FB community by searching FB Groups @CraftedCocktails.
